Never forget that slow small steps help you grow in your life journey. I learned that the hard way, by trying to rush to the next stage or step in my education, career and life resulted in frustration, anxiety and depression. Then I was forced to slow down because of my health. I learned from it to appreciate slow growth in every area. It helped me with my faith relationship with Jesus Christ, my family, my friends and my art. So, if you feel like you need to rush, get to that thing you want, or whatever it is that you are trying so hard to do or get, just stop, pray and talk to God. Look around you and see what you already have. Give God thanks for everything. The next step will happen but not by force it. I had so much fun creating this bible verse inspired digital painting. It helps me remember always that as a believer in Jesus Christ your sins are washed away by His blood. I try to remember everyday that when God looks at me He sees Jesus and that makes me want to be more like Jesus even though I know that I will fail at this but God sees His son anyway.
